Arlie Latham Net Worth
He played for the Washington Senators in 1899 and for the New York Giants baseball team in 1909. Latham also managed the Browns in 1896. During his career he led the Major Leagues for most stolen bases with 109 in 1888 and he also led the American Association for most runs scored with 152 in 1886. Latham finished his career 8th all-time for stolen bases in a career with 739. He was the oldest player in the Major Leagues in 1909 at 49 years old. After he retired he went to Great Britain where he helped organize baseball for soldiers in World War I. Arlie Latham passed away on November 29, 1952 at 92 years old.
