Nowadays, the semi-retired businessman left the bulk of the responsibilities to his two oldest sons, Philip Hult and Alex Hult, who now hold the co-CEOs positions in the company. Whereas, his third son Edward Hult serves as the CEO of EF Educational Tours. Apart from doing business, Hult makes annual donations to a Swedish school, based on innovative support for dyslexia education. Thanks to his engagements in education, Hult International Business School is named after him. An avid sailor, Bertil Hult is married and a father of four.
