In 2013 he won the SFE Heavyweight Championship by defeating Edson Ramos. His latest match came in October 2014 when he defeated Aslambek Musaev to bring his record to 17-9. Rogers is also credited with fighting the first ever fight in primetime on a major American television network. He is a heavyweight who has fought in EliteXC, Strikeforce, and Bellator. In 2011 Rogers was charged with third degree assault on his wife and was released from his Strikeforce contract.
