Carlos Hermosillo Net Worth


Hermosillo also played for Necaxa, Los Angeles Galaxy, back to Club America, Atlante, Guadalajara. In 1997 Carlos won a championship with Cruz Azul. He also represented Mexico in international competition from 1984 to 1997 scoring 35 goals in 90 appearances and playing in the 1994 FIFA World Cup. In 1997 he took a penalty kick for Cruz Azul with blood on his face and this was said to have cursed the club. He retired in 2001 and was named the head coach of Mexico’s National Commission for Sports in 2006. After two years Hermosillo became the first National Sports Minister that was fired by the President of Mexico.
