Floyd Mayweather Just Made Another Amazingly Outlandish Purchase

Floyd Mayweather has reportedly purchased a brand new private jet for his personal use. According to his representative, the boxer bought a 12 passenger Gulfstream III, which is decked out with “gold cup holders, gold sink, gold accents throughout.” In addition, the jet has “all white leather seats and a fully stocked kitchen.” Here comes the absurd part, though. According to his representative, Floyd now has two jets, “Air Mayweather 1 and 2.” Though it isn’t known how much Floyd dropped on this particular jet, similar models of the Gulfstream III have sold for an upwards of $34 million. Mayweather earned $250 million off of one fight last year, the now infamous bout between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, which means he would still have a decent amount of money left over from the fight, even after dropping a fortune on the jet. We shouldn’t be too surprised at the fact that he dropped an insane amount of money on a jet. After all, we’re talking about a guy who bought a million dollar watch – TWICE! He also bought a $3.5 million Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse late last year. So let’s just say that this jet is yet another in a long line of outlandish purchases by the flamboyant boxer.
