The PokerStars parent company Rational Group Ltd. was bought by Amaya Gaming Group of Canada in 2014 for almost $5 billion. Scheinberg was 75% owner and CEO of Rational which also owned Full Tilt Poker but left the company due to the sale. He resides in the Isle of Man, United Kingdom.
