Turner was the head coach of the San Diego Chargers from 2007 to 2012 and the offensive coordinator of the Cleveland Browns in 2013. He has been the offensive coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings since 2014. He won two Super Bowls with the Cowboys and has coached more games than any other coach with a losing record overall.
