Grupo Camargo Correa aside, Renata has been actively involved in non-profit organizations since 1975. Also, she joined a group of entrepreneurial leaders in 1998 to create ICE-the Institute of Entrepreneurial Citizenship- focused on engaging private sector leaders in social innovation. While ever since 2007, Renata has served as president of the Board of Directors at Comunitas, an organization that works with the underprivileged population in Brazil.
