Kuby has represented notable cases such as protestor Gregory Lee Johnson who burned a U.S. Flag at the 1984 Republican National Convention, Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman who headed an Egyptian-based militant group, the daughter of Malcolm X, and associates of the Gambino Crime Family.
